First off the curfew in my town is 11:30. My little brother got a shortened curfew for a marijuana charge or whatever. His curfew was 8:00! Pm! Guess what, my friend who was involved in the same innicident has a curfew at 9:30. And they both were involved in the same way. My brother is 11 and my friend is 14. Is this fair? They were both equally involved. Infact I think my friend may have been a little worse. Because they found a bowl of weed at his house. So why should my brother have a more shorter curfew? Why? and also the "detective" said that my brother cant even step out of the house. He cant even go in the backyard or the driveway. From what i generally know for a curfew you can go on your own property. You just cant go in public areas. Now this is stupid.
