Our town has this Christmas celebration called "Midnight" Magic. A curfew is set at 11PM for our town all year 'round, and even this night.

I plan on staying out until midnight, just as the event states. Would anyone like to aid in a protest?

Look at the actual wording of your curfew and see if it includes sponsored events, etc.

It does, as far as I know. I'll look into that when the light from the sun returns to these lands of the bear ;) .

Well, find the wording of the curfew and then based on that, you might be able to make a case for going to this event. Many curfews really have a whole lot of exceptions in them so that with a little creativity you might be able to find a loophole.
