I'd like to clarify why I tried to attract everyone's attention to this article. It's pretty dangerous.
MS Money is a very popular network. What I see in this article is a manipulative advertisement of what we know as GULag schools. They are presented as a *less costly* alternative to paying liabilities. This kind of ad may appeal to many parents.
I'm quite sure that this article is paid for, and appears in the "right place" and at the "right time".
I think that this shouldn't be left unanswered, mainly because of the high potential for damage to young people in the USA. So, I ask everyone to think what can we do about it.
