Good ideas. We need more survivors to step up and work with us.

That's a very good idea - I hope the ACLU will work with us on this. Since they're very strongly in support of students' rights (judging from the material on their website) there might be a good chance that this will work.

I agree 110% on this. This is a tough issue which we need to crack down on now.
Believe it or not I have come from a more moderate version of a "gulag school". I personally never went threw any of the horrible things that others do. But in saying that I've seen quite a few bad things done to other people in there. While I was only there for a month A LOT happened.
This goes on everywhere...this needs to be brought out there infront of everyone.

Ok, lets get someone who's now out of one of these schools to call the ACLU. And if they're not interested... maybe some other group of lawyers would be.

Suff:There are a few people on here who have experience with gulag schools, like Watchaduen, who posts quite a bit in the gulag school section. You simply need to look at some of the gulag-school threads to see who has experienced it. Many people come to organizations like NYRA to fight things like these terrible "behavior modification" centers.

Sufferagist,
Why are you deleting all your posts?
It looks like he edited all of his posts like this.
It leaves a nice empty hole in most of the threads :shame:
